This home as it all! Over 3400 sq ft, 5 bedrooms with a loft, two pull out sofas makes this house an easy place to entertain and enjoy, holds up to 15 people. Large backyard with covered patio great for BBQs and parties. 1/2 mile from University of Phoenix Football Stadium, right next to WESTGATE Shopping area in Glendale a couple miles to Spring Training camps, Close to shopping and the Arrowhead Mall area with great restaurants all around you. The Phoenix International Raceway for NASCAR races is 15 miles away, if you like sports, this is the best place to be, Ice Hockey rink for the Coyotes 1/2 mile away. 20 minutes to Downtown Phoenix, home of the Suns and Diamondbacks stadiums. If you enjoy the outdoors, we also have hiking trails within walking distance, ATV & dirt bike riding in the desert, fishing & waterskiing in the three closest lakes, Canyon Lake, Pleasant Lake and Bartlett Lake.
