This beautiful 2 bedroom Condo is located in the Isla Verde section of the San Juan metro area on one of Puerto Rico's loveliest beaches, featuring lush blue/green water. It is within walking distance of several major casino hotels. The avenue on the front of the building has a large variety of retail stores, markets, restaurants and fast food establishments. The Condo has a large balcony with a lovely ocean view. The Condo features security, assigned parking, and direct access to the beach. The condo is a short 5 minute ride from the Luis Munoz Marin Airport.

Location, location, location applies here in the center of Isla Verde (area) you can find everything in walking distance good restaurants, beaches, night clubs. 20 minutes away from old San Juan if there is no traffic. If you want to have fun in the sun this is your area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
