This deluxe 1700 square foot condo is a corner unit on the ground floor. It offers 2 bedrooms with full baths, open and spacious living area, sitting room, dining room off the kitchen, and a screened breakfast nook. The Gulf is only a matter of steps away, and the property offers additional privacy and wonderful light, only available from condos that do have shared walls on both sides.

Since 1978, the Boca Grande Club has been home, a vacation destination and an elegant tropical escape for members and guests who have been fortunate enough to find us. Once through our gates, you can leave your old life behind; here you will find life as you imagined it should be lived. Arise each morning to beautiful sunrises and take a walk along the miles of one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. While walking you will soon discover that most of the company you come across will be shore life. In the evening, return to our beach when the sun is declining and you will see one of the most beautiful sunsets you ever imagined.
