Afimi is a brand new spectacular waterfront villa in The Lagoons, an upscale gated community in Montego Bay. This spectacular villa with it's own private white sand beach and infinity edge swimming pool is only a 10 minute drive from the Airport. The Lagoons has 24 hour security, 2 tennis courts with tennis pro, large main pool and gym.

The villa is beautifully decorated with a mix of elegant new furniture and authentic Jamaican antiques. Afimi has a large air-conditioned TV room with BOSE surround sound and 47" flat screen TV. The villa also has a restaurant equipped kitchen where your cook will produce exceptional meals for your dining pleasure. The kitchen has granite counter tops with brand new appliances such as 48" Sub-Zero refrigerator, 48" Wolf stove with warming drawer, Sub-Zero wine cooler, KitchenAid microwave, dishwasher and Hoshiski ice maker.

The villa has 4 bedrooms each with ocean views and en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are finished in natural stone, marble or granite and have walk in showers. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs while the 4th is downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms have teak hardwood floors, split unit air-conditioners and televisions (2 with 37" HD LCD screens). Relax in the large master suite complete with a luxurious marble tiled bathroom with 8 ft wide shower enclosure with skylight and spa-like soaking tub while watching your favorite movie on a wall mounted flat screen television. This suite opens unto a spacious upstairs patio where one can enjoy the breathtaking sunrise in the morning or have afternoon tea and wind-down to the view of the Montego Bay Marine Park's lagoon with city lights as a backdrop.

Upstairs Bedrooms
-Master Suite has a four poster carved antique king bed with Sleep Number mattress with individualized personalized settings for comfort, firmness and support for a better night's sleep.
-Bedroom 2 has an antique platform king bed with Sealy postropedic plush-top mattress.
-Bedroom 3 has a Antique carved queen sleigh bed with sleep number mattress.

Ground Floor Bedroom
-Bedroom 4 has two extra long twin beds with Sealy Posturepedic mattresses that can also be configured as a king bed.

Other amenities include snorkeling equipment, computer, wireless internet, built-in stereo, DVDs, CDs, and board games.

Water sports such as, water skiing, sailing, para-sailing and scuba diving can be arranged for an additional sum. They water sport provider will pickup from the beach.

Afimi has membership at the famous Doctor’s Cave Beach Club, a 15 minutes drive from the villa. At Doctor’s Cave guests will have access to the beach with its offshore reefs within swimming distance for snorkeling, access to the restaurants, bars, gym, sauna, games room, and lounge. While on the Hip Strip, enjoy several restaurants and bars including Margaritaville and the Bobsled cafe. Only a 2 minute drive from the villa in one direction is the charming Houseboat restaurant and the Montego Bay Yacht Club in the other direction. Centrally located in Montego Bay, day trips from the villa include Rick's Cafe and the Negril Waterpark, or the famous Dunn's River Falls and Mystic Mountain or swim with the Dolphins in Ocho Rios. AFIMI is also within minutes from 3 major golf courses at Tryall, Half Moon and White Witch.

The villa rental includes a full complement of staff, a full time cook, housekeeper and gardener to attend to all your needs.

The Lagoons provides 24/7 security patrol for the complex and in addition Afimi has a security alarm system.
