This property features over 6,000 square feet of pure luxury situated on a stunning beach near the fishing town of El Cardonal on the East Cape of Mexico. Enjoy exciting water sports and relaxing scenery. All the comforts of home are included. An on-site caretaker is there to assist you in any way necessary, and daily maid service is provided. With an onsite boat, kayaks, ATVs, an infinity pool and a superb staff, this is truly a turnkey vacation.
The Estate features a stunning three bedroom, 4,000sf main house and a 2,000sf, two bedroom casita. The main house features two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with two queen beds. In the casita, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other is home to two double beds. All bedrooms in the home have a private bath.
The main home can best be described as spectacular but please see the pictures below for yourself. The dramatic open spaces provide spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez throughout the home. A chef’s kitchen, satellite TV, build-in stereo system and wireless internet will keep you in touch and while at this oasis. Massive cascading doors blur the lines between the interior of this magnificent home and the outdoor living area which slowly transitions into the ocean.

This private compound is less than four years old, and is available for rental by the day (3 night minimum), week, or month. Explore the East Cape of Baja and complete your escape to Old Mexico in the casual luxury and idyllic setting, a private, one-acre estate situated perfectly on the white sandy beaches and the aquamarine waters of the Sea of Cortez.
Want to fish?
A fishing trip aboard our superpanga includes all the world-class fishing equipment you will need to go after those big trophy fish for which the Gulf of California is famous, assisted by a local boat captain and guide. For a real challenge, try catching a roosterfish from one of the four kayaks which are parked on your own private beach.
Want to play golf?
With the opening of the new ….. there is now a challenging golf course just 15 minutes from the home by boat. For more golf, visit some of the most beautiful golf courses in the world are located about an hour's drive away.
Want to just relax?
The estate's sea-side pool and jacuzzi (great for kids!) will provide the pampering you are looking for. Enjoy a cocktail while playing shuffle board and listening to the sound of the water lightly lap at the sandy shores.
Want to dive the fabulous depths of the Sea of Cortez? There is great snorkeling on the reef, less than a mile from the estate, and any kind of recreational diving can be arranged at your convenience.
Did I mention that this would be the easiest vacation of your life to plan? Your dinner the first night is on the house. Prepared by a local caterer and served in the Casa in “Old Mexico" style this dinner is our way of say welcome to your vacation and thank you for choosing our home.
Dinner the first night, use of the kayaks, ATVs (for experience riders only) and all taxes and cleaning fees are included in the rental rate.
The only additional charge is for the use of the 25’ superpanga equipped with 200 HP Yamaha and a local experienced guide at a rate of $200 per day.
