View of frozen lake & winter scenery. For Summer: A true lakefront cottage experience.Grab a cup of coffee, perch yourself on an ADK chair or glider love seat and watch the hummingbirds feed, the dragon flies dance and the fish leap. Swimming, fishing, boating, campfire ring, lawn games, scenery & wildlife on site. On private road. 1/3 acre with lots of trees & native flower gardens. Small, clean lake with no motor boats. Private beach next door for walk in access (2 hrs. per day) & your own swim float anytime. House is comfortable with ADK & country furnishings. Well appointed kitchen, gas & charcoal grill. Screen & glass porch face lake. Perfect for 1 to 2 couples, or family of 3 to 5. Only 2.5 hours from NYC & Boston. Dogs are permitted with reference only - no cats.
