This charming Paris apartment is located in Montmartre. One of the oldest 'quartiers' of Paris, Montmartre is also its highest point. The views of the city one can stumble upon in Montmartre are often breathtaking. This area is a must when visiting Paris, and is ideal as a base to explore the city. Rue Cortot is a quiet and winding cobblestone street right behind the famed Basilique Sacré Coeur, and is conveniently located for metro, bus and taxi use. Size: This 344 Sq ft apartment, located in an early 1930's Parisian building, is perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child. The charming wrought iron elevator will bring you to your fourth floor 'pied-a terre.' The apartment consists of one bedroom with a separate kitchen and a modern bathroom. French liquid soap, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels and linens provided. It also has air-conditioning, WIFI, TV with cable, a and Washer/Dryer.

There are many wonderful restaurants, cafes, wine bars, food shops, supermarkets, bakeries, patisseries and specialty shops close by. On rue Lepic and rue des Abbesses, a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment, is a daily food market. You will find a fabulous fromagerie, numerous patisseries and bakeries, butchers, fresh fish, fruit, vegetables, chocolate, herbs and spices and much more. . . Metro Abbesses & Lamarck Caulaincourt, both a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment, will take you through Place de la Madeleine and Place de Concorde within 7 - 10 minutes (the center of Paris).
