This home is a true blessing when it comes to space and amenities.**'Y'all can sprawl here!'** It's seven bedrooms, five baths [all with double sinks], two sets of washer/dryers, two kitchens, and an eat-up bar that will hold a bunch of people. Your multi-family group will be very comfortable here and will enjoy their stay. The main house has a spacious living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, master bedroom #1 (king-size) with luxurious master bath/whirlpool. Master Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and a also a bunk for two. There's also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. Across the pool is the Carriage House, which is rented along with the main house. At pool level is master bedroom #3 (king), a large bathroom with double sinks and a large shower. Bedroom #4 with a king size bed is also on the lower level. Both bedrooms have French doors opening onto the pool courtyard. Also downstairs in the Carriage house is a small bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2).

The Carriage House, upstairs and overlooking the pool, has a private entrance. There's another large and comfortable living room, a dining area for six, a fully-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Master bedroom #3 (king-size) with bathroom/whirlpool, another bedroom (two twins), and another full bath. There's also a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. It all wraps around your own private pool with jets (heated upon request) in a private, fenced, courtyard setting, the perfect place for those afternoon barbecues on the natural gas grill. Other extras include outdoor shower and coveted additional, paved, off-street parking.

We stayed at Beach Blessing for Fall Break; had 17 family members for 4 nights. We were met by the owner upon checking in to be certain everything was okay and welcome us to their home. The set up is ideal for a large group. We had 3 generations of family, ranging in age from 2 to 68 and had room for everyone with privacy too. The main house was the gathering spot and had plenty of room for all of us. The carriage house apartment provided just enough extra space to make it all work. Whenever anyone needed to escape, they simply went to their room, but were still close by. The house is very well furnished with cooking utensils, appliances, linens, etc; we didn't need anything extra. It was especially nice to have such a flexible mix of king sized beds and bunk beds. Perfect for a large family group. The location is close to groceries, shopping, restaurants, etc. and only one block to the beach. The pool in the courtyard between the main house and carriage house was easy to let the kids swim without worries - they were safe in the self contained area and we had direct view from the great room of the main house or the carriage house bedrooms. The extra off-street parking was a huge perk as the community doesn't allow street parking. We had 6 vehicles and never filled the driveway completely. We couldn't have asked for a better house for our family. Great experience all the way around.

Nice big clean houses, well cared for, nice private pool area. It's close to the beach and shopping, movies, restaurants, golf. We want to do this every year. We will be back.

My family Stayed at Beach Blessing for Thanksgiving week.

I can't say enough. Chuck and Gloria made us feel so and home!

The house was really nice and we especially enjoyed the separated "guest house". It created good breathing room for our big family
