Colorful ceramic tile, hardwood floors, fabulous views and a ton of extras including an elevator, ocean views from both top and mid level bedrooms, and extensive decking add up to a seaside retreat that is out of this world! A southern exposure sunroom with ocean and sound decks is a bonus during spring and fall weeks.
Ground Level: Has a rec room with home theatre, lots of comfortable seating, a game table, a wet bar and a large kitchenette with full size refrigerator, under counter icemaker and microwave. An air hockey table is positioned at the other end of this large room. There is a bedroom with 2 Duobunks with Trundles and an adjoining bath. The rec room and bedroom both open to the pool area with hot tub, 2 outside showers, half bath and built-in barbeque grill.

Top Level: From the impressive two story entry foyer on the mid level, extra wide stairs lead to the great room with floor to ceiling cathedral windows that bring the ocean right to you. Beautifully decorated in blue, yellow and white with deep red accents, this room has a gas fireplace, home theatre, a dining table seating 10, a smaller table seating 4, a huge kitchen with a 6 burner Jenn-Air on the center island, 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, a triple sink and a wet bar sink. A breakfast bar seats an additional 4 people. Opening off the dining area is a sunroom with comfortable seating and a desk with fax and wireless internet.
