Sea Colony is a gated resort community with walking/biking trails, 1/2 mile of private beach, 34 tennis courts, 12 swimming pools, fitness center, playgrounds and a complimentary shuttle to drop you off at the beach. This comfortable condo is a one-level duplex with a private deck off the back and cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Adjacent to one of the lakes and a set of tennis courts.

March & August '08 House Updates: March 2008 - All of the carpet was replaced with wood laminate flooring!! Beautiful area rugs were added to the living room and bedrooms. Bunk bed was replaced in the second bedroom with a brand new one. Dresser and nightstand in master bedroom were refreshed with a new 'look'! Entire house was cleaned and freshed-up before a new summer season. We hope you enjoy it!! August 2008 - Brand new Air Conditioning/Heat Pump unit was installed - runs like a champ!

Golf: Golfing is available in nearby Bear Trap Dunes.

This was perfect for our family. The kids could bike all around the property, the beaches were nice and quiet - not commercialized. We were able to walk to the beach, too, which was very nice. Plenty of pool swimming as well. Great for kids!
It was nice to be able to come home from the beach and grill on the back porch - the house was clean and neat and big enough for a family of 5. It was very easy to feel "at home" when away from home.
Just a few miles away is plenty of shopping and dining.
Great place for vacation!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect for our family

My family and I spent a weeks vacation here in July 08. House was very clean and neat. All the amenities were there as mentioned in the listing. There was enough room for our daughters and would certianlly consider having an extra friend or two on our next visit. We enjoyed using the gas grill that was out on the deck. Perfect location for walking to the beach. Tennis courts are right off the deck and the kids loved to go fishing at the pond. I am just stopping back in to plan for another visit this winter. Thanks~ J

Small but comfortable. Kids had their own room so that was a bonus for them and us.
Good location for access to the beach (which is great in the winter). Tennis and swimming facilities are on the site and well maintained.
Assateague, Ocean City and plenty of other towns and beaches are all close by.
Overall a pretty good time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children

We stayed and liked the location. Easy with the kids, since they could ride they bikes around. Short distance to beach and everything else close. We wished the charcoal grill was there, but wasn't. Would go back again. Enjoyed the biking around.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children

Really enjoyed this beach house. Nicely appointed, great location for tennis (four courts right out front and a quick walk to the tennis center). Beach was easily accessible in the off-season as there was plenty of parking at the Sea Colony high rises. (shuttle not running off season). Would definitely rent here again. I just wish you had a grill.
Owner's Response: There is a small charcoal grill in the shed, however community rules require it be kept a minimum of 20 feet away from any building.
