4 private acres, view of ocean, under a mile to beach and town. High elevation with view of island. Sunset deck and porch. New Refrigerator with filter water and ice maker, BBQ grill is gas fired. Bed set up: second floor three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a queen sized; on the main floor one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Each floor has a full bathroom. Stereo system and 36-inch Sony TV, with direct cable. Located on a high elevation with beautiful view of the ocean. Close to the Beach.

Block Island has the best fishing waters in NewEngland, and the cleanest most pristine waters in America, its five mile public beach is the cleanest one can find and its waters are healthest to swim in. The Island is great for walking with nature walks throughout the Island. And Biking its roads are not difficult. THe Island has beautiful fresh water lakes and ponds created during the Ice Age. And beautiful bluffs with beaches below for great surfing. Sailing, fishing, surfung, kayacking, hiking, or just lying in a hamack letting the gentel Block Island breeze rick you to sleep, Block Island is the place, it is laid back and very different form other resorts. Dining and shoping too.

My family and I stayed here last summer. The house was clean and larger then it looks from the outside. There is a large eat in kitchen which allowed for being social while cooking as well as two large sliding glass doors that go out to the large back deck. There is a large gas grill, lots of chairs and two tables on the deck which allowed us to eat outside with the beautiful sunset background! The front porch was charming with views of town and the ocean. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean with views of the ocen and island. The living room was large with huge picture windows which also gave great views of the ocean and island. There is a large screen TV with sat channels. Although we spent little time in the house due to the outdoor activies of the island. The owners were very nice and helpful with any questions. We were told that we could clean the house our selves upon leaving or hire a cleaning service at our cost. I recconmend hiring the service. There was garbage pick up twice a week as part of the rental. The location was perfect in regards to being away from town yet close enough to walk to beaches and to town. There is even a diner down the street for an easy uncrowded breakfast. We look forward to our return this year to this same house!
