Convenience to Restaurants and Shopping:
Our condo is located in the heart of the Camelback Corridor, just a few blocks from the Biltmore Fashion Park. And for added convenience, a short walk through the condo parking lot takes you to a back gate connecting the complex with the Safeway grocery store, Starbucks, several boutiques, and 6-8 restaurants. You don't even need a car!
Walking, Jogging, and Hiking Opportunities:
From our condo you have easy walking access to the Arizona canal walking path, the loop around the golf course and the grounds of the Arizona Biltmore Hotel. For breakfast or lunch, it's an easy walk to the Adobe Restaurant with its patio right on the golf course.
It's just a short five minute drive to the Piestewa Peak Hiking trails. If you're energetic, you can hike to the top of the peak. From there, all of Phoenix lies below you, an incomparable view of the valley. If that's more than you are looking for, there are plenty of other hiking trails in that same area that provide great views and just the right amount of exercise.
Quiet, Quiet, Quiet:
Our condo is located at the far end of the complex, away from all traffic, next to a peaceful lake with various types of ducks, herons, and other waterfowl visiting daily. The building construction is so solid that you cannot hear any noise from adjoining units or from above or below. It is as quiet and peaceful a place as you could ever find. A great place to sit for hours on the balcony, reading and enjoying the lake. Bring a good supply of books you want to read, because you will be drawn to the balcony and not want to leave...unless the lure of the golf course calls you...
Golf:
This condo's third floor balcony overlooks the Biltmore Country Club Golf Course, where our guests receive a discounted rate. The view from here makes you want to grab your clubs, hustle on downstairs and join your friends on the links. The Biltmore actually has two different 18 hole courses to choose from: The Links and Adobe courses. But don't stop there...Phoenix has more beautiful golf courses than you can even imagine. And after your round, you can take a swim or soothe your muscles in the hot tub just outside the door to your condo. So, grab your sticks, hop a plane and come enjoy the Valley of the Sun!
