This beautiful, unique, newly renovated, 3 bedroom luxury duplex apartment (140 square meters / 1,507 square feet) is situated in the heart of central Paris, directly on the gardens of the historic Palais Royal and a short walk across the beautiful gardens from the Louvre Museum. The apartment has three bedrooms (two king,1 queen), 3 full baths, one half bath, a double living room, a large fully equipped kitchen open onto the living room, a long balcony directly overlooking the historic Palais Royal, and a lovely terrace with table and chairs overlooking rue Montpensier. It is on the 4th and 5th floors (with elevator/lift) of an elegant old Parisian building that is part of the original Palais Royal, built in the 18th century. The apartment is distributed over two levels. The living room, kitchen, balcony, one bedroom and 1 1/2 baths are on the 4th floor. Two bedrooms, two full baths, and the terrace are on the 5th floor.

The apartment has three bedrooms; two with KING beds (one that can be split to make two comfortable single beds) and one Queen bed, 3 Full baths, one half bath, a double living room, a large fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room, a long balcony directly overlooking the historic Palais Royal gardens, and a lovely terrace with table and chairs overlooking rue Montpensier. It is on the 4th and 5th floors of an elegant old Parisian building that is part of the original Palais Royal, built in the 18th century. The building elevator takes you to the 3rd floor, then you walk up one more flight to reach the apartment. The apartment is on two levels. The living room, kitchen, balcony, one bedroom and 1 1/2 baths are on the 4th floor. Two bedrooms, two full baths, and the terrace are on the 5th floor. There is an interior staircase in the living room that leads up to the 5th floor. To ensure your comfort, the apartment has central heat and air conditioning.

Within easy walking distance of the Louvre museum, the Left Bank, Place des Victoires, rue Montorgueil market, Place Vendome, the Seine, St. Germain des Pres, Place de la Concorde, Tuilerie Gardens. Metro Palais Royal, a two-minute walk from the apartment, will take you anywhere in central Paris within minutes. A bus stop and taxi stand are around the corner.
