Large lakefront chalet on quiet, uncrowded Chazy Lake, approximately 5 miles long, 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, nicely furnished, brick fireplace opens to both kitchen and living room areas, large deck, 24 ft. dock. Near Lake Placid, Saranac Lake, and Plattsburgh. Only 1 1/4 Hours from tourist attractions of Montreal or Vermont. Situated on a secluded 1.6 acre lot with 170 ft' of lakefront. Property is not visible from the road or either adjoining properties, and is covered with tall hemlocks, pines and hardwoods with large private off-road parking. Great views, and beautiful sunsets from deck. Must see to appreciate.

Chazy Lake is in the northern end of the Adirondack State Park in a valley surrounded by mountains. It is located off of NY Route 374, about 20 miles west of I-87. The lake has no commercial establishments, only seasonal and some year round residences. While it is a quiet relaxing setting, even in peak summer season, conveniences like groceries, banking, churches, gasoline, etc. are nearby in Dannemora, approx. 15-20 min drive from the property. The property is located on a paved dead end road , ideal for walking and biking. Numerous hiking trails are also nearby. Restaurants, shopping, movies and other amenities of a small city are found in Plattsburgh, about 20 miles away.

Last July my wife, daughter, 2 grandchildren & I stayed at your wonderful chalet on Chazy Lake. It was the greatest time we ever had. We fished, boated, went swimming and just relaxed. You have a great place there, very well kept, and very private. The view of the mountains is great, and the sunsets from the deck are worth a million bucks! All your cares in the world leave you for a week at Chazy Lake. If you need to pick up a few extra items, its only afew miles down the road and only 30 minutes to Plattsburgh. We are coming back again next year to enjoy the chalet and lake. thanks for having it available to rent.

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing vacation on this beautiful property. The chalet is lovely and inviting and the view and proximity to the lake can't be beat.
