Sea Woods is an extraordinary beachside community with over 50 acres of naturally landscaped rolling dunes and hammocks. An ideal setting in quiet New Smyrna Beach. Sea Woods amenities include 3 pools, ( one heated for chilly days) 4 lighted tennis courts, racquetball courts, exercise room, jogging and bike paths winding through the trees and dunes. Walk to shopping, dining. Easy access to no-drive beach - private boardwalk. 20 minutes to Daytona, 60 minutes to Disney and other Orlando attractions, 35 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. New Smyrna Beach has lots of great restaurants, numerous golf courses, and plentiful shopping. Our condo has all the comforts of home and is large enough for your whole family. Easily sleeps 6.

New Smyrna Beach is a classic beach town with beautiful beaches, waterfront restaurants, fishing, surfing and many outdoor activities. At the south end of the island is Canaveral National Seashore, one of the state's most beautiful unspoiled beaches, home to native vegetation and animals, plus a museum. Downtown Flagler street is packed with plenty of surf shops, gift shops, artists galleries, restaurants and more. A great place to spend the afternoon or evening. Right on the beach so dress is always casual. Shoes and shirts sometimes required.

The bedding is comfortable, linens are replaced regularly, carpet is relatively new and kept clean. Each bedroom has a television, nice linens, spacious closets and chest of drawers. We have provided games, reading material and movies for your convenience. Our living room has a couch and loveseat and then additional seating for comfort if watching tv or just relaxing.
