This very attractive private, recently constructed 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, situated on the beautiful Hampton Lakes development is fully air-conditioned, luxuriously furnished complete with a large games room. On the ground floor there are two master bedrooms, both en suite. Large lounge with TV and entertainment center. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, ice maker, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar and dining room. 400 sq ft. games room with pool table, soccer table, air hockey, electronic darts board, TV and entertainment center. Staircase to upper floor which has, bathroom. Twin bedroom with walk in closet. Queen bedroom with large closet. Double bedroom. Child's bedroom with bunk beds, double on the lower and single on the upper and walk-in closet. In addition there are 2 sofa beds, cot, and a roll away bed. Sleeps 12+ Most rooms have TV and telephones.

Private Area: The area at the back of the house is completely fenced off to give total privacy, this is a feature that previous visitors have classed as most important. The 28 ft swimming pool is on a 1000 sq ft screened deck area with plenty of space to relax on. Outside you will find a large garden with a patio and BBQ.Here you can Sunbathe,and then have a family meal cooked on the grille, all in total privacy.

Golf: Florida is well known for Lakes and Golf Courses, within easy reach you will find many courses, Champions Gate is 3 miles away,Highlands Reserve is across the road and the Disney Courses,(three), is 15 minutes away. If you prefer there are four courses, easier, just down the US 27.

Restaurants: Many famous named restaurants are all within ten minutes away, there are quite a number of delivery services available,Pizza's to Full Banquets.Beef 'o' Brady's,good family eating house, Football,Baseball,Basketball,Golf and Soccer all shown here live, is less than 3 miles away.
