This large, brand new 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Low Country style home has sweeping porches facing the private HEATED POOL and SPA* and yard with privacy fence. Gorgeously decorated in light and airy colors with wood floors, carpet and tile throughout. The first floor includes a large living area with a chefs kitchen and dining room and the master bedroom with a garden tub in the bathroom. Upstairs are five more bedrooms including another master with garden tub. 3 bedrooms look over the pool from the large upstairs porch. Bike trails provide easy access to nearby shopping and dining and the beach is a short 1 block walk away. FREE tennis at the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club. 6BR, 4.5BA, 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 4 twins. Sleeps 12. * POOL and SPA CAN BE HEATED FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
