Photos and Description of this Englewood holiday house 3 bedrooms,3 full baths

This lovely home is located on a quiet residential street, just a few blocks from shopping, restaurants and only a five minutes drive to Englewood Beach on Manasota Key or to nearby golf courses. The home and large caged heated pool overlook a wide canal with boat access (two bridges) to Lemon Bay. The spacious open plan living room, with cathedral ceilings, adjoins the modern kitchen with a breakfast bar big enough for the whole family. This and the dining area lead to a large, screened patio and the kidney-shaped heated pool, overlooking the dock and the canal. There are three bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twins beds, share a bathroom, with tub/shower. There is a third bathroom with shower adjoining the kitchen and the patio pool. All rooms are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. There is a two-car garage and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Nearest Beach: beach at 2.0 Miles
Englewood: Located 10 miles south of Venice, 45 minute drive south from Sarasota Airport, 75 to 90 minutes from Ft Myers and St Pete's Airport. A small, seaside town that is just starting to be discovered. No high-rises, lovely beaches that stretch for miles, great fishing in Lemon Bay, quaint shops and galleries. Golf and tennis close by and a wide choice of restaurants. You will find a guide-book in the house with our recommendations. We fell in love with Englewood on our first visit. You will too.

The pool area is fully screened. There is a large, shady patio for outside dining and a good area for sunning too. The pool has a heating system and an automatic cleaner. The landscaping is immaculate and there is a large dock for fishing or boating. In season you can pick your own oranges from the trees on the property. This is a lovely vacation home that is ideal for a quiet vacation or for an active family vacation with children. Pets subject to approval

BEAUTIFUL HOME!

This home is so beautifully decorated and so fully equipped, you won't mind if you are homebound for days on end! The pool and lanai are awesome. The colors are beautiful. Lovely deck on the canal for sipping early morning coffee and visiting with the friendly neighborhood egret and her offspring, as well as the friendly Stork! The kids wouldn't stay out of the pool, and loved feeding the friendly egret. Shopping is minutes from the house, as are the greatest shark toothing beaches. The teens rode the bikes to the beach a few times. There wasn't one thing we needed that wasn't provided in this lovely home. A quiet, peaceful front screened porch was a great reading getaway for mom. Spacious and wonderful! Cannot wait till we can come again!

Excellent Florida vacation home. Well equiped for family use, spacious and comfortable. Close to shopping, beaches and many restaurants. Property was as advertised. Excellent property managers handle any questions or requirements.
