Located 20ft from Johns Bay inlet on 26 acres in Pemaquid, facing South Bristol. Sunsets with kayak, outboard motor boat available for extra fee. Dock, float, mooring available. Near historic Pemaquid, beach, lighthouse, Monhegan boat, Damariscotta, Booth Bay Harbor. Location teems with wildlife. Lobster boats, sunsets. Quiet, private area. Prefer to rent to a couple or small family with 1-2 children. 1 queen bed, and air mattresses are available for children. Linens provided for long distance travelers for a fee. No pets. This location is private, quiet, with a one-mile access road and 700 feet of shore property with boat launch. This is an extremely desirable rental with 100% occupancy.

Pemaquid is a very picturesque, historic part of Bristol Maine composed of the villages of New Harbor, Round Pond, Bristol Mills, Pemaquid Harbor. It's major industries are Fishing , Tourism and catering to the summer residents. Lots of open spaces, access to water with a Lighthouse Park, Fisherman museum, Art gallery, Public Sandy Beach, Local Fresh water Swimming Hole, Good restaurants with lobsters and steamers picnic style on docks in several locations.

  • May 1st - June 15th: $750/week
    June 15th - July 4th: $795/week
    July 4 - Sept 19th: $1200/week
    Sept 19th - Oct 31st: $795
    Rates vary with season - some prime time still available

    Rentals are from Sat-Sat. Check-Out noon. Allow time for cottage prep prior to arrival.

    Off-season will consider shorter stays with a cleaning fee.

    A 1/3 deposit is required to hold the cottage with the balance paid on arrival. Checks only. There is a 7% Maine sales tax added to the rental rate. No refunds given on deposits unless the cottage is rerented for the same period of time.
  • Off-Season, if cottage is available, will rent for shorter term.
