Located in an area where wild flowers mingle with orange, almond, and olive trees and the villages are totally unspoilt. This beautiful detached villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. A restaurant, banks and bar are available on the development and 20 minutes by car are the towns of Denia or Javea, where the bars, restaurants and nightlife are numerous.

Theme Parks: The villa is within a 30 minute drive of Terra Mittica Theme Park and Aqualandia water park - two great days out for all the family

Golf: For golfing enthusiasts there is the prestigious Oliva Nova Golf Course within a 20 minute drive from the villa. This course was designed by Seve Ballesteros, is reasonably priced and boasts an excellent clubhouse with restaurant. Nearby La Sella (Denia) & Javea golf courses offer excellent driving ranges and facilities. South of Valencia (one hour drive) is the El Sela course which hosted the Spanish Open in April 2003
