One of the largest (2700 sq. ft.) and nicest 5 bedroom available in the Disney area. Our home is located only 4 miles from Walt Disney World, on a small lake with conservation area behind. It provides all the peace, quiet & privacy you need to unwind from those busy days at Disney. The size of the home is ideal for 2-3 families (sleeps 12) and has vaulted ceilings throughout for added spaciousness. The family room has 57 inch Plasma TV, DVD VCR & cable.provided, with an adjoining fully equipped modern kitchen. Outback is a jacuzzi which cascades into an oversize illuminated pool (38x18) with a BBQ grill located off the lanai. Phone with free calls to US and Canada. The lake and conservation area in the back provide beauty and seclusion for you and your family, and the pool faces south so you get wonderful sunlight all day long. It's so relaxing being out back, that you might skip the theme parks altogether! Pool area extras include: screened-in patio, fully furnished.

There are more than 20 golf courses just within 5 miles of our home. You could spend months in Orlando without golfing the same course twice! There are countless malls, boutiques, outlets and stores near our home and throughout Orlando. For as many places as there are to shop, there are just as many places to eat and enjoy some evening entertainment.

The house and location were great. We had 5 adults and 3 children in the home and had plenty of room. We saw a gator in the lake in the back of the house and got pictures. It was cool! It was so hot when we were their and used the pool all day long. The kids loved the large pool. I would stay in the home again. We were very happy with the home.

Villa was lovely and clean. Management team very friendly. This villa has a lovely outlook and the wildlife was wonderful to watch. Once the pool was up to temperature it was gorgeous!!!!! Spent most of our time outside making the most of the view,the pool and the sunshine. We had an excellent stay.

Great pool home near to Disney

My family is a regular visitor to Florida and we have enjoyed stays over several years at this house in the Lindfields area of Kissimmee . It is well equipped for a family stay and is in a sleepy, quiet community off the 192 with a south facing rear view over a conservation pond. Plenty of wild life to see and great sun bathing when not swimming in the large netted private pool. Easy back door access to Disney via lanes running parallel with the 192 which can cut the driving time to 10-15 minutes even during busy seasons (eg Easter). There are plenty of good eating houses and supermarkets within a few minutes drive. There is no road noise and the house has heating, cooling internet and multiple TVs. Good choice for either a family or group of friends wishing to explore Orlando, Tampa and beyond. Car required.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great Location, Bungalow spacious, has everthing that you need to enjoy your vacation - shame we could not use the pool as the weather was wet and cold - but the best sized pool I have come across. Good restaurants and shops nearby, very clean, the owners were very helpful.
We would recommend this property if you want to have a more relaxing time as the area is quite and you have a great view of the lake watching the wild life.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities
