It is less than two blocks from one of South Florida's best public beaches (with life guards), and a short walk to dozens of restaurants, shops, night spots, public fishing pier, snorkel/dive boats, charter fishing boats, jet ski and boat rentals, nail and beauty salons, drug store, gourmet fish market and more. The cottage is located on a quiet street in the safe, ocean side community of Pompano Beach, 15 minutes North of downtown Fort Lauderdale. It has a fully equipped kitchen, sleeping and living area, free Wi-Fi, vaulted ceilings with beams and paddle fans, large screened-in porches, central deck area and lush landscaping. The closest 36-hole golf facility is a five-minute drive for easy access to attractions and shopping throughout S. Fla.

    Rates for holidays and special events may be higher. For longer stays, every fourth consecutive week is free or discounted. Please note that our 'monthly' rates are for four-week periods and NOT calendar months.

    Additional fees include a $75 exit cleaning fee for a studio or $100 fee for 1/1, and 11% tax. A $500 security deposit is posted to your credit card on the day of arrival as a temporary hold on the funds and not a charge to the card.

    A 50% deposit of the rental fees are required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates are subject to change until confirmed. We accept all major credit cards.
