Our charming, updated & original 1937 beach home is a comfortable & colorfully furnished beach front getaway directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 3/2 private home with high ceilings also has 2/1 cottage in enclosed courtyard, (cottage not rented separately). Home features large, TREX deck & sunroom, separate TV room, lg. LR/DR, well-equipped kitchen & ceiling fans throughout. Master bath w/tub, split-plan bedrooms have bath w/shower, & cottage w/shower. Perfect for large families, reunions, several couples or small weddings. Near airports, shopping, golf & theme parks. Pets OK with owner's written permission. Smoking outside Only!

Su Casa is located in an area of private homes, rental homes and low-rise condo's. There are restaurants within walking distance and all conveniences within several miles such as groceries, shopping malls, antiques, cinemas, golf. One can walk for miles on our sugar-sand beaches or use the beach trolley to travel the 14 miles of barrier island beaches. All water related sports are nearby and water parks, aquarium, theme parks within 1 hour. Disney is about 2 1/2 hour travel.
