Gorgeous waterfront home with heated pool, boat dock, large screened-in lanai, screened-in deck and fishing station on the dock with running water. You will have everything needed for a perfect get-away. Beautiful and newly decorated with a large heated pool and large screened in lanai, in a wonderful neighborhood. This home is only 3/4 mile to beautiful Resident's Beach, and a 3 minute drive to the public beach. Lovely water views from many rooms. The house has many fruit trees including orange, lemon, banana and key lime trees. Children will love to pick their own fruit. This house also has a fishing dock and snook station. Southern exposure for sun on the pool all day. Cathedral ceilings, brand new furniture. This home is conveniently located to many fine restaurants and residents beach (approximately. 1 mile).Also close to public tennis courts. Perfect for one or two families. Lovely view of the water and pool from almost every room.
