New first floor 3 bedroom apartment in Dunas Green, a luxury gated complex of 65 apartments, situated midway between Estepona and Puerto Banus. It is south-west facing, with wonderful views over beautiful spacious gardens and huge swimming pool, with mountains and sea beyond. The complex is surrounded by citrus and avocado groves; and the 9 hole Golf Coto de la Serena course is close by..The apartment is light and airy with marble floors, comfortable furnishing and hot and cold air conditioning. It is accessed by stairs or lift. There is allocated covered parking and 24 hour security. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach (over a footbridge) and to 3 restaurants. However a car is recommended to enjoy the many fine local amenities.

Dunas Green is only 50 minutes from Malaga Airport, and is situated 500 metres north of the N340 opposite the Las Dunas Beach Hotel and Spa at the 163km exit. It is easily accessible from the E15, either from the east via exit 172km and San Pedro or from the west via exit 157km. It is 10 minutes to Estepona, with its beautiful beach, seafront promenade, superstore, twice weekly markets and old town centre; and 15 minutes to the luxury marina and shopping centre at Puerto Banus. Marbella is an easy drive or local bus trip away, and has an historic old quarter & long seafront promenade, & shopping. Selwo safari park is 5 minutes drive away. There are more than ten golf courses in the area and other facilities include aqua parks, tennis clubs and an equestrian centre. There are lots of restaurants within 5-30 minutes drive. There are walks in the surrounding areas & bird-watching trips available. Day trips to Gibraltar, Ronda, Sevilla, Granada and Morocco are possible.
