'1964 World's Fair' Leisurama home, designed by Raymond Lowey, renowned industrial designer of the Modernism Movement, and maintained in much of its original condition. 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, water views from deck and interior, private sandy beach with ultimate sunsets, outdoor hot and cold shower, fireplace, skylights, ceiling to floor windows throughout, post and beam architecture, high open ceilings, original wood paneling and pieces of original furniture, all new appliances, VCR, CD unit and cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Very private setting, screened by native trees and shrubs, roses, beach plum and lots of Montauk Daisies. Five minute walk to beautiful Montauk Harbor, outdoor restaurants, cafes, markets, fishing and charter boats. Great bicycling area! Golf course, tennis, horseback riding all nearby.
