Beautiful, comfortable 2500 sf. luxury home overlooks Lake Tahoe's east coast, Sierra mountains & Trent Jones Golf Course next door. This bright, multi-level townhome is on a residential cul-de-sac, minutes from the lake and nearby Diamond Peak Ski area. 12 other ski areas are within 10-60 minutes. Warm fall colors, beamed cathedral ceiling living room, 2 natural fireplaces, wet bar, BBQ deck, after-ski Jacuzzi-for-four, sauna, steam shower, and 4 bedrooms in 3 separate areas help make for a great vacation with plenty of privacy and elbow room. The great-room overlooks the golf course and has a pie slice view of the lake and mountains. We offer cable TV with surround sound, DVD, VCR, CD player..... and blankets for curling up by the fireplace! Dry wood is provided in the 2-car garage. There's a child-proof deck with BBQ for those wonderful at-home evenings. Decorative items and warm-colored carpeting throughout add that touch of warm elegance and 'Gemuetlichkeit'.

My property is located at the entry to a golf-course and is 5 minutes from the closest of 13 ski areas! Walk to Golf tee-off! . Access passes to the beach and the private Incline pools are provided, or go to Sand Harbor Beach where Shakespearean theatre is available outdoors in July & August. Antique car, boat, and plane shows occur May through Sept. Casinos are nearby & in Reno. Ponderosa Ranch of T-V fame is just 3 miles away. Or relax in the small meadow with brook by the house. Biking and hiking trails abound around the lake, as do photo opportunities of wild flowers, nature and wild life. Go hiking on the over 90-mile Ridge Trail or shorter trails; fishing, boating, or sunbathing on large paddlewheel boats; visit the Donner Pass Road & Museum, Chinese Wall; Emerald Bay & Vikingsholm; shopping, outdoor restaurants at the lake, lake swimming, parasailing --and much more than one short week allows.

Love the lake!!!!

My family stay in this condo two weeks in the Summer every year. We love the private beach at Incline Village, and the easy access boat lauch at the private beach. I hate public beaches and public boat launching. The last two winters we have been staying here and love the skiing at Diamond Peak, 5 minutes away from the condo.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Excellent value for the vacation dollar. We had 6 persons who were extremely comfortable. Unit well laid out with lots of amenities. Quiet location but easy to get to Truckee, South Lake Tahoe, Reno or wherever. Good price for Incline Village vacation homes.
Owner's Response: Perry R. was a first time guest who also gave the owner some helpful input. I'm very glad he enjoyed the quiet residential neighborhood!
