Beautiful mountain views on 13 wooded acres. 6 miles to Hunter Mountain. 40' inground pool. ( summer only) game room with air hockey, foosball, xbox, darts,music. Great hiking, river tubing, (snow tubing in winter), fishing, tennis and golf nearby, horse back riding and miniature golf nearby. 20 minutes to Woodstock. less than 10 minutes to Hunter Mt. festivals

3rd times the charm

Our 3rd Labor day weekend was by far the best. The weather was amazing all weekend and the house as always, was warm and inviting. We usually arrive pretty late at night, but the owner left the lights on for us. We spent most of our days by the pool & enjoying the gorgeous views. Our evenings were spent either playing Air Hockey in the new game room or sitting out under the stars bbqing and enjoying the mountain air. The hot tub and sauna are so relaxing and an important part of anyone's vacation. :-) Next year we are definitely doing a whole week...at least. Thank you again for an amazing stay.

Wee spent MLK weekend at the rental house. We had wonderful time. House is very warm and cozy with all the essentials provided. We really enjoyed staying at the house. The views were amazing, especially with the brand new snow. The owner was very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone to get away from the city.

MY family and i had a wondeful stay at the Blume Contemporary. the house meets every standard and the view is just fantastic. The owner is very gracious and kind. We look forward to go there again.

I highly recommend visiting this wonderful mountain getaway. My family and I loved every minute of it, grilling out under the stars surrounded by trees and falling asleep to the sounds of nature each night. I started my day with a sauna and then hiked or shopped in the areas located within 20 minutes of the house. We will definitely return next summer for an escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC.

We stayed here Labor day weekend 4 years ago, and again this year. Both times were absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. (love the wireless internet) The owner is kind and gracious and we enjoyed the time he spent with us at the pool. The bedrooms are warm and cozy and the mountain views are breathtaking. We didnt stray too far from the house except to visit the local grocery store, (about a 10 minute drive) but we saw lots of stuff that we would love to do if we had more time. Mini golf, horseback riding, tubing, swimming holes. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking for a nice family getaway. We are sure to come back next summer as well.
