Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse located on the Loon Mountain shuttle route. This 3 story condo has a master suite with a full bath on the main floor, two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor and two bedrooms and a full bath on the lower level. The unit is decorated with care so you will feel relaxed and right at home. It boasts two family rooms, both with TV, DVD and VCR. The lower level is perfect for children of all ages with its Little Tykes Castle and a full-size Foosball table, lots of games and toys. After a great day of adventure, you can relax by the fireplace, play one of the many games or ease your sore muscles in the large sauna, right within the unit. Our home is an end unit and offering plenty of privacy and is a very short walk to the clubhouse. The Clubhouse has a huge pool and jacuzzi, a steam room, TV room and exercise. The area is loaded with activities - perfect for a great vacation, all year long.

Our home is right off the Kancamangus Highway. The complex is located behind The Common Man, a local favorite, and the town rec area which has basketball courts, playground, ball field, sledding and a ski area. Forest Ridge is beautifully setup and very well maintained. And the area has endless activities - biking, fishing, kayaking, ATVs, shopping, water parks, natural caves, swimming holes and falls. There are plenty of great restaurants in Lincoln and Woodstock, the next town over. Loon Mountain has lots of activities including a skate park, climbing wall, mountain biking, gondola rides and horseback riding. We are on the shuttle to Loon during the Winter Months.

Notes: Master bedroom on the main level - King bed. Two bedrooms upstairs - one with two twins and trundle and one with a queen - also a full bath. Lower level has the same as the upstairs. The clubhouse is an easy walk and has a large pool with jacuzzi, locker room, steam room, a TV room, exercise room and tennis courts. There is also a lovely pond behind the clubhouse. This is our family vacation home so there is plenty for everyone to do. Foosball, a Little Tykes Climbing Castle, blocks, books and puzzles, and lots of games. Each familyroom has a TV, the main floor TV is a large flat panel HDTV. There is also a DVD player and JBL docking station for your IPod. Linens may be available for an extra charge of $100 per stay.

Great Family Rental for all Generations

I have rented this property twice now, and of all the rentals in Lincoln, NH we've enjoyed this condo more than any others we've rented. The rooms are large, there are lots of beds for everyone, and having two living areas provides privacy and space for my children and grandchildren. The first floor has a full bath and half bath and one bedroom (perfect for those guests who can't do stairs), plus more bedrooms up and downstairs for those who are more agile. The complex has a great indoor pool, tennis courts, basketball, hiking trails and lots of other activities for young and old alike. The resort is well-maintained and close to many restaurants and shops. Loon and Canon Mt. are within easy driving distance and there are numerous activities close by. The home is beautifully decorated with very nice furniture (an extra "plus")!
