Newly Renovated! Wonderful family vacation home, perfect for larger family groups, located on a private, peaceful wooded 1 1/2 acre peninsula with extensive lakefront along Georgian Bay. Spectacular sunset views from rocky outcroppings. Swimming, boating, fishing and recreational opportunities abound, including your own private dock. ALL RENTALS INCLUDE A 15HP MOTORBOAT AND USE OF 3 KAYAKS, A CANOE AND A PADDLEBOAT! Accessible to restaurants, shops and sights including the Trent-Severn Waterway, Big Chute, Georgian Bay Islands National Park and local towns such as Midland and Honey Harbour. Pine-clad cathedral ceiling living room w/fireplace opens to a spacious dining room. Kitchen and bathrooms all brand new. Linens & towels, washer & dryer, all appliances included.

Location: Port Severn in Canada

Nearest Airport: Toronto at 90 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Highway 400 & Quarry Road (exit 149) at 2 Miles
Car: necessary
The cottage is located in the Southern Georgian Bay region of Ontario, about 90 miles north of Toronto. The is a paradise for those who love swimming, fishing and boating of any kind. The Trent-Severn Waterway beings just 2 miles away in Port Severn. Honey Harbour is also nearby and provides a gateway to the open waters of Georgian Bay and the Georgian Bay Islands National Park. Within three miles of the cottage are a fine sailboat outfitter (Quiet Waters) and right next to it, Swift Canoe & Kayak outfitters. Also nearby and easily accessible are Midland and Penatanguishine, the biggest towns in the area, with major shopping opportunities, movie theaters and frequent festivals and activities, as well as fine dining. Tourist attractions include Sainte-Marie Among the Hurons, Discovery Harbour, Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre, and access to the Miss Midland 30,000 Islands Boat Cruises (2 1/2 hour cruise on Georgian Bay).
