This unique, spacious luxury apartment is situated in a 15th century royal palace, beautifully restored by Italian architects. The courtyards with the archways and galleries give the impression of having stepped into an Escher drawing. The location is fantastic, only 200 yards from the Orloj Clock and 150 yards from the famous Charles Bridge in the heart of the Old City, Josefov. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and makes an elegant, spacious and comfortable base from which to explore the unspoiled beauty of architecture spanning more than a thousand years of history, which makes Prague unique for the lover of history, music and art. The apartment has a large lounge open to a very well equipped kitchen/dining area, quiet bedroom and bathroom, wonderful high ceilings showing the original massive timber beams. There are parquet floors throughout complementing the original beamed ceilings.

This luxury apartment is located directly in the heart of the old historic quarters of the oldest part of Prague. Only 200 meters from the Old Town Square with the fabulous Orloj Clock, the Jewish Museum and Cemetery, Wenceslas Square and is approximately 150 meters from the Charles Bridge, across which is the Prague Castle. For the shopping enthusiast a visit to the elegant Parizska (Parisien) Street, only a 2 minutes walk, is a must, with designer shops including Louis Viutton, Gucci, Prada etc. There are many shoe shops selling the latest Italian and Continental designs for affordable prices.

Concerts and Opera: The centre of Prague is overflowing with venues of musical excellence, ranging from the National Theatre, the Estates Theatre (where Don Giovanni was first performed) or the concert halls of the splendid Rudolfinum, to short recitals in the many baroque and historic churches, or in the open air in royal gardens. The whole month of May is dedicated to the International Music Festival.

Food and Drink: Traditional Czech cooking is not for the faint-hearted and Prague provides seemingly endless opportunities to indulge. Venison, wild boar, duck, goose and fresh water fish make regular appearances. This can be washed down with the finest beers in the world or with some lesser known but excellent Bohemian and Moravien wines. Like any other international city, Prague offers cuisines and prices to meet the full range of tastes and requirements.

Excellent apartment - clean, warm and comfortable
location ideal for attractions of prague - easy walk to all main attractions.
Booked taxi transfer through owners which was very reliable.
Would recommend both the apartment and the city itself
