Direct access out back door to Green Mountain National Forest for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling on V.A.S.T. trail network. Less than 20 miles to Killington, Sugarbush ski resorts. 3 miles to Rochester amenities. Lovely historic 200 year old house has hardwood floors, antique furnishings. Downstairs: large kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, full bath, washer/dryer. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, full bath.
