Enjoy crisp Fall weeks, ski vacations, summer fun, all in luxury with your dog safe! Best of everything. 4 seasons. Dogs absolutely welcomed! 300 ft shoreline. Romance - everywhere! This is a luxury property at 'Best Buy' rates. Past clients give 5 star reviews. I have been told that the best bass fishing in Vermont is a few feet in front of my decks. Having breakfast on the huge decks and watching the birds and ducks is one of life's great pleasures. Please call Emmy for a detailed discussion of all that this very special lakefront home features. The cool marble floors in the main area are a special feature installed so that our dogs can enjoy their super cooling effect. I am not regularly available by email. It is the worst way to contact me...phone message is the best bet. This is my home and a lovely spot that I vacate to travel.. Most of my clients are Europeans but I turn remaining weeks back for US use, often by loving dog owners who can not imagine fun without their dog. or dogs. There are cooling marble floors in main living area which makes it nice for all..

THE VIEWS ARE FROM EVERY ROOM EXCEPT THE STUDY. In the master bedroom it feels as it you are on a cruise ship, so close to the water is the queen size bed. There is a 42inch hitachi poasma TV in master bedroom and separate regular Tv with DVD player in the upstairs suite.

The kichen is a custem chery kitchen with double ovens, AlClad cookware, a view of the lake and sunsets that makes even clean up a pleasure. The universal comment I receive is that many guests chose to dine at Lakeshore rather than dining out as the ambiance was so pleasent.

This is a beautiful home with spectacular views of the water from every room, two large decks and a dock with a kayak. It's so clean and the owner has attended to one's every need...just thinking about it again relaxes me. It's a perfect getaway spot for the pause that refreshes. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a little unpretentious luxury along with your outdoor experience.

We highly recommend this rental home on the eastern shore of Lake Bomoseen. The home is beautifully decorated with luxury appliances and fixtures and lots of charming personal touches. It's a two story house with 2 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. The floors are marble! It features dramatic waterfront views and a spectacular sunset vista in the evenings. It has 2 large decks and a private dock as well as a fenced yard for pets. The home is spotless and very well cared for and the owner provides contact information for several local folk whom she employs to clean and landscape the place weekly. Bomoseen is one of those rare vacation locales that isn't yet spoiled by over population. Relaxing with a good book or taking a swim - you can while away the hours here in total comfort. We loved exploring the surrounding towns of Castleton, Fair Haven and Poultney. We recommend horseback riding at Pond Hill Ranch, the burgers (try the "Michigan"!) and fries at Roxy's, hiking in Bomoseen State Park and around Glen Lake, and kayaking around Rabbit Island. The homeowner provided lots of water toys/floats and a kayak. We rented a fishing boat from the Bomoseen Campground. We loved the soft serve ice cream at the Castleton Snack Bar and the fried chicken at the Birdseye Diner. Nearby Rutland has a twice weekly farmer's market outside the Home Depot that boasts lots of fresh veggies and other local delights. We picked berries at Liebig's farm near Granville, NY, and enjoyed wonderful blueberry pancakes with local maple syrup. It was a truly relaxing stay. We packed only our clothing and toiletries...everything else was generously provided for us. We will be back!
