Welcome to our newly constructed family home built in June 2002. We are sure your family will enjoy it as much as ours. Please enjoy all the amenities we have provided such as the full size TV's, Play Station 2, videos, DVD's, Bar-B-Q, toys, and sunshine. After your long day at your favorite park, beach, or golf course, come home and relax in the comfort of your own home. Enjoy the spacious living area and your own luxurious kitchen, relax by the heated pool, or refresh yourself in the heated hot tub. Our home contains southeast facing heated pool and hot tub, 2 master suites with en-suite bathrooms, 2 other bedrooms with adjoining bathroom, spacious family room with queen-size sofa sleeper, fully equipped modern kitchen with adjacent breakfast nook and formal dining area, and covered lanai with spacious deck and patio furniture. Small children, no problem. We've include a crib, high chair, portable crib, and stroller.

Our home is located in the beautiful gated community of Windsor Palms just 3 miles from Disney World. The ultimate club house contains an Olympic size pool, hot tub, kids pool, 50+ seat movie theatre, billiard tables, work out facility, tennis and basketball courts, kid's play area, and volleyball courts. Besides being 5 minutes from Disney, our home is located near championship golf courses, shopping, and other local attractions. You will not be at lost for things to do.

Fantastic Vacation Home!

This home was clean and spacious. It had every amenity we could have asked for. Plenty of room for our family of 7- which included 2 yr old twins, parents, and grandparents.

The clubhouse and its' amenities were also great. The drive to DisneyWorld was literally 5 minutes. This house had it all!! We'd definitely return!

When we arrived, all of the television were knocked out b/c the wires were hit by lightening the previous day. The rental manager was at the house in less than an hour. He assessed the situation and returned that very evening with 2 new televsions for the house!

I would definietly recommend this property to friends and familt.

This is the fourth time we've stayed at a rental home in Florida - second time in this gated community - and we loved this home. It was so clean and many "extras". Staying at the home over Spring Break, the community pool was much busier than we were used to so having our own private pool every evening was a plus. We also had 2 adults and 4 teenagers who showered/used the pool a lot and the number of towels available was amazinq! Something you don't necessarily think about. The kids loved the VCR tapes/DVDs. We also liked the guest book where former renters put in great bits of advice.
We will definitely stay here again next time we come.

We stayed in this comfortable home in Feb/09. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and spa and appreciated the abundant supply of pool towels and the pool toys. We liked the convenience of the well-equipped kitchen - making it easy to cook up a quick meal after a busy day at the parks. The proximity of the pool and the living room meant we could always keep a close eye on the children playing in the pool. We also enjoyed using the club house - especially the movie theatre, tennis and basketball courts and games room. We had peace of mind knowing we were in a gated community!

We had a great time on our december 2005 Orlando vacation and your house made it all more enjoyable to all of us. The house is beautiful and very confortable. The location is excellent with easy access to all Theme Parks and shopping areas. The facilities and security made us feel at ease every time.
