Hardwood and tile floors. 600 sq ft deck overlooking the water. 170 ft of water frontage with a large pebble beach. Private 100 ft dock with water at all tides. Easy canoe/kayak launching. Member of a private 50 cottage summer colony including access to acres of common shore front property.

Boats and other watercraft can be rented at nearby marina (Paul's Marina) which is less than 2 miles away. New State of Maine, state of the art, all tide public (free) boat launching facility less than one half mile away (ideal for launching trailered boats.)

Bowdoin College is about 7 miles away and it takes about 10 minutes to drive there. A number of Bowdoin graduates own property in the summer colony and the house is ideal for those attending Bowdoin commencements and reunions.

Fall in Maine and staying in a very cozy home within steps of the ocean. It could only get better if the home was mine. The owner called the first night and wanted to make sure that everything was the way we expected. It was. We sat out on the dock during the day and on the deck in the evening with our glass of wine and watching the sunset. We went into the town of Brunswick and went to the farmers market one day and also walked the campus of Bowdoin College. Another day we took a 30 minute drive to Portland and enjoyed all the city had to offer. It was a great way to get away.
