Beautifully located right on the eastern shore. The cottage boasts a wonderful porch with floor to ceiling screened windows. Very large deck with new pergola, dock and swim raft. 10 miles south of Middlebury. Hiking, biking, water sports, boat rentals nearby. Good fishing from dock or swim raft. Clean clear water for swimming or watching fish, ducks or loons. Gorgeous sunsets. Pets will be considered with deposit.
