This home is only 5 miles from Okemo Mt. Available year-round. It is set in a very peaceful country setting in the village of Proctorsville where you can walk to the country bakery or to Singleton's General Store. It is close to snowmobile trails. This 3 bedroom 1850 farmhouse has been totally re-done. There is a Queen size bed in the master bedroom, full size bed in the second bedroom and 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, bring personal linens & towels. each bedroom has a TV. The livingroom has cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo and CD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker and dishes/utensils. The second bathroom has a whirlpool tub. The recreation room and Living room both have a sleeper sofa. GIVE US A CALL FOR SUMMER AND FALL RATES

The house is really charming, the last modifications and additions that Pat carefully has been done since last year make it even more beautifull and comfortable than before.
We really had a good time there and we'll definetely gonna make it the next winter.

Wonderful Vt. Retreat --- Great for Skiing

This home was just that; a home. The house was very cozy, clean, and in an ideal location.

I visited with a group of 8 and we were all able to sleep comfortably. The house can fit 10 people in beds of some sort with additional mattreses for 2 more guests if necessary. No one has to sleep on the floor!

There was very easy access to a Supermarket, the main road in town, and was only 10 minutes from Okemo Mt.

Additionally, the road the house is located on is on a flat and entry roads contain no inclines so a SUV was not necessary.

This home is reasonably priced for what you get and is highly recommended.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

The house was very charming. It is close to Ludlow and the mountain (about 10 min). The owner was very kind, we had great communication. This house was a great choice.
