Great place to get together w/family & friends on beautiful Lake Fairlee, approx. 2 miles long and 50' deep. (Trout!) The Lake House w/3 levels, on several acres & 425' of frontage. Main Level offers an open concept that is excellent for a social atmosphere. Included is a sun room w/views down the Lake, dining table, sitting area with TV/VCR & short 70' walk to the water, adjacent stone patio w/dining & gas grill. An open kitchen fully equipped w/adjacent pantry. Dining room w/dutch fireplace, hearth stove & wet bar. Large living room w/fireplace, piano, satellite TV. Office w/desk, telephone w/answering mach/, dial up internet and an a adjacent full bath. Large master bedroom w/lake views, sitting area, king size bed, full bath w/bidet, walk-in closet, air conditioner & TV an adjacent study w/pullout sleep sofa, 2 car garage w/wash sink. Upper Level has 2 bedrooms w/lake views, 1-w/double bed & writing desk, 1-w/2 twin beds & writing desk. Full bath w/laundry, & small hall library.

Nearest Airport: Lebanon at 25 Miles
Things to do outside on Premises. Play tennis on a shared red clay court, if not a tennis buff try the horseshoe's or simply catch some zzzz's down in the hammock at court side. Don't feel like a swim enjoy the outside shower next to the change house located near front entrance porch. Stone patio that is adjacent to sunroom has dining table with gas grill with beautiful view down the lake. Enjoy a ride around the Lake on a 20ft deluxe Pontoon boat day or night, swimming, canoeing, kayaking (2 singles/1 double), rowboat (Trout!), fishing (Pan fried!), floating chairs, 10ft x 10ft float w/slide and diving board. Enjoy Lake side dining on large dock w/gas grill and dining table and close by is a long plank seat swing. Sandy beach with large dining table, wood or charcoal fire place, and for the little ones we have an outside playhouse at the beach. While the little one's are playing on the beach and in their house with one eye open lounge in the hammock that is at the beach side.

    Cancellation Policy: The Lake House must rebook in order to refund your security deposit.

    Everything is included just bring your Clothes and Groceries. The Lake House will supply starter toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and detergents.

    Relax and have Fun!!!! **The Lake House has seven year consecutive repeat guest!!!
