Watch the final stretch of the Blessing of the Fleet Road Race from our front porch. Great location. 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths on over sized lot abutting town open space. Fully-equipped kitchen. Open floor plan with large family and dining rooms. 0.4 mile to beach, sea wall, and Coast Guard House. Beach passes available. Available for URI Academic 2010-2011. 5 miles from campus.

Great Beach Rental

We just had a mini-reunion at this house. Three families with 5 children. There was plenty of space for everyone. The property was very clean. The rooms were large, with high ceilings to give an extra sense of space. The deck was large and had a picnic table large enough to fit all of us. The indoor dining table was similarly large. The grill and outdoor shower were particularly useful. There was plenty of parking. The backyard was large and set back from the road, so safe for the kids to run around in. Everyone, including the children, walked to the beach, about 5 blocks away. Note: no DVD player, so bring your own if you want to play movies. I was worried it would be too hot, as it was a very hot weekend, but the ocean breezes and fans kept the temperature inside the house comfortable. Very convenient and a very pleasant stay.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
