Beautiful one bed apartment in a 1853 Greek Revival home located in the West End @ 7 Cottage Street . The apartment is just steps to town, restaurants and beach, but is located in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by lovingly maintained homes and gardens. The property features a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a private deck (with ocean views) or a private garden, a separate living room, an updated and sparkling-clean bathroom and small kitchen. There is a large common courtyard garden with patio furniture and Grill. On-site parking for one car is included. See our web site link at bottom of this page.

Quaint Sport just off the main drag

My partner and I first stayed here Memorial Day weekend 2006. That weekend she asked me to marry her. It was an unforgettable weekend. We returned one year later to relieve the wonderful experience. We loved being able to head to our place for quiet time, but then be close enough to join the party on Commercial street. No need for a cab or car. Everything was within walking distance. Our favorite photo of the weekend was taken from the nice deck looking over the nearby rooftops out to the water. It's a truly ideal place for a couple who wants the adventure of P-town but a peaceful retreat all at the same time.

A Wonderful Week in P-town

The description of the property was accurate regarding the location, layout, and amenities. The property was clean and well-maintained. The owners provided excellent customer service! They went out of their way to be helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

When in P-town, my partner and I love to rent bikes and ride to the beach. We also love to ride the bikepaths in the dunes. We really enjoyed the Bay Lady II sailing vessel. Our favorite restaurants are Tips for Tops for breakfast, and Townsend Seafood Restaurant for lunch or dinner. Jimmy's Hideaway and the Mews are also very good. Best of all is the pink grapefruit sorbet at I Dream of Gelato!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
