3 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, sleeps 8. Wood stove, full kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Zoned heat, large living area with cathedral ceiling. 3 miles to Bromley, 13 miles to Stratton. Ski areas. 3 miles to Manchester. Call for special rates for spring and early summer fishing on the Battenkill river and nearby lakes.

We have been renting this home for 10 years. It's warm, cozy, and has everything you could want for a wonderful Vermont getaway. The location is perfect - gorgeous mountain views yet only minutes from restaurants, shopping, and recreation. The homeowners are friendly and helpful. We love this place!
Owner's Response: We are excited about the review from the Happy Wanderers in CT. They are second on the list of repeat tenants, the first being a retired couple who have rented our home since we purchased it. We strive to provide a cozy home at a reasonable price so that folks will keep coming back.

good getaway place

I rent this place for the thanksgiving weekend getaway.
it is not too far from the stratton ski resort and it has great shopping area near by bout a 3 miles from the location.
The place was very cozy and comfy made us feel like we don't want to leave the place to go home. The owner was very generous also the neighbor was very nice. strongly recommend the place for the great winter vacation.

PS. Hot water never runs out!!! and the house was very warm~.
