Located in one of the most popular areas in Falmouth, our rental is on a cul-de-sac just one-tenth mile from Surf Drive Beach. The walk to the beach is flat, quick and very easy; esp for children. The house is renovated, clean and well maintained. Each unit has 2 bedrooms (1 Queen, 3 Twins), bath, living room and eat in kitchen. Rent both sides if you need more room or want to go on vacation with another family. Units are separated by an inside foyer for your privacy plus your own private entrance from outside. The pictures are a combination of each unit. You'll appreciate the sun from the southeast exposure. It invites you to start your day with a cup of coffee on the deck or end your day relaxing with your favorite book. Use the lobster pot, get your favorite drink, put your feet up...it's your vacation.

My family and I have been traveling to Falmouth for many years. We usually stay at a time share but it was not avaiable this year. We found this house on line and booked it. It is very close to where we usually stay. It is bright and clean and just a great place to stay.
Highly recommended.

We loved the area. It was exactly what was described. Lots of room for a family of 4 and close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, close to the center or town, and clean. We will return again next year. If it's hot, you're going to need some fans, but once you relax in the deck you'll chill right out!

Really enjoyed our stay....The unit was well maintained, very clean and fully equipped. All the rooms were airy and comfortable including the bathroom. THe large deck off
the kitchen was very accommodating. No need for a car to get to the beach... just a walk down the street ... Looking forward to our next stay.
