Beautiful house but amenities are not as described

Crocker Tavern is a lovely old property in beautiful Barnstable on Cape Cod. While the house is historic and lovely, the amenities aren't as described on this website, and as a result our family reunion ran in to some problems.
First, the house is not "air conditioned" as described. There are some air conditioners iin some rooms -- but, for example, 3 of the 7 bedrooms are not air conditioned. Many of the windows don't open -- this is an antique house. While fans are supplied, many of the bedrooms and dining room were *sweltering* on hot days.
Second there is no internet access. This website claims that there is, and we planned our family reunion around having that access (we had some family members who absolutely needed to telecommute at odd hours, even while on vacation). A couple of weeks before we arrived we got a note say while the house is not wired, occupants can get signal from the library across the street if they sit in the correct place in the dining room (!). When we arrived we found that this was not the case. While lack of internet access on vacation isn't a tragedy , it turned out to be a real source of hardship and difficulty for the 2 people who had been given the impression that they would be able to continue to work remotely.
Bottom line: Beautiful historic old house, but description on this website is misleading at best.
Owner's Response: Air conditioners are located in 5 rooms with 7 large floor fans also available for use. With the ocean breezes from the bay and harbor just 400 yards away these are rarely needed.
For the 2009 season, internet wireless access has been expanded.
