House sleeps 4 w/ (1) queen (Master) & (2) twins (2nd bdrm), 1 full bath w/ tub/shower (& outdoor shower), open-air porch in front w/ adirondack chairs, flag-stone patio in back w/ outdoor furniture, living/family room, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen w/ new stainless appliances, & hardwood floors. The house is newly decorated with whites & pastels. Central air conditioning, wireless high speed internet, washer/dryer, and linens. Gas grill located on back patio. Beach chairs & beach umbrella for the beach. Large fenced in back yard. Area attractions include: fine & casual dining, ice cream, golf, boating, go-carts, trampolines, mini-golf, ferry to Nantucket (ferry to Martha’s Vineyard-20 min drive), bike rentals, shops, local marinas. I was very hesitant to rent any property sight unseen, as this was our first time making vacation plans without first seeing the property. I was so pleasantly surprised to see how much bigger, better and cleaner the property was, compared to my view of it on-line. The owner was very warm and helpful in her contact prior to our arrival, answering any questions, providing written information, and making herself more than available at any time. There were many special touches in the decor, the well stocked kitchen and linens closet, and everything worked so well. It was particularly good to have the heat go on so quickly as it was a rather raw week in October. It was so nice to have such a pleasant house to use as home base for our autumn vacation. The only drawback for us was our preference for Nauset Beach, which was at least 20 minutes away. Once we got familiar with the area it became a little easier, but initially the location was a little confusing.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Accurate description. Very neatly kept home. It's small but works perfectly as a few days vacation home for 4. Had all the amenities as mentioned. Worth it :)

great vacation rental, comfortable well maintained

We spent 2 weeks here in early September. It is an excellent value, clean, new appliances, well maintained. Exactly as advertised. We love quiet time on the cape and lower fall rates!
Washer requires a trip outside and down steep stairs to basement.
A plus is that it is on a circle so no thru traffic.Very quiet after Labor Day. Mostly summer rentals on the street
Easy drive to Bank St. beach, walk to Earl.
Loved Hot Stove, George's Pizza, George's Seafood shop , Cranberry Liquor, Harwichport Golf. Beautiful morning runs to the beach and into Harwichport

We had a wonderful week on Cape Cod. This lovely ranch home is located on a quiet private cul-de-sac, but is so close to all Cape towns. Do not miss the dunes of Provincetown..nor the charming island of Martha's Vineyard-(take the island bus tour). We also took a day to go to Newport, Rhode island (only 90 minutes by car)and toured all the turn of the century mansions. We regret missing a trip to Nantucket as the seas were too rough for the ferry this late in the season.

The home and yard are very well maintained, as is the entire neighborhood. The beach is close enough to walk to, and in the evening you can hear the waves hit the shore when you relax on the front porch. The local year round residents were more than welcoming. We would definitely return to this home and area!
