  • Deposits, Security & Cancellation policies: A standard rental agreement (vacation lease) is used. Upon receiving an agreement, a deposit of 50% of the total rental is due.

    In addition, a refund-able $500 security/damage deposit is required also two weeks prior to check-in.
    In the event you must cancel, provided the week(s) can be re-booked, the deposit is returned less a $100 handling Fee. In the event the time slot cannot be re-booked, the entire deposit is forfeited.

    The cottage will be in clean/orderly/working condition upon your arrival with walk through provided by owner for first time renters. Customarily, renters are encouraged to leave the property in the same clean condition. Check-Out Time: 10 A.M.

Town Beach permits: Except for our Pleasant Point neighborhood beach, a beach permit is required for all other Town Ocean and Bay Beaches from the third Saturday in June, till Labor Day. 2009 beach parking permit fees are: * 3 - Day: $35 * 1 - week: $70 * 2 - week: $120 * Season: $225

Beach Sticker Office/Town Pier: They are available at the Beach Sticker Booth on the Town Pier, Sunday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Your car registration, and a beach parking permit form, or a lease, signed by your landlord, are required as proof of renting in Wellfleet. Personal checks are not accepted at the Beach Sticker Booth. A $15 daily fee is charged for parking at White Crest and Cahoon Hollow beaches. Parking is free at Mayo Beach

Wonderful retreat--close to everything yet removed from hustle and bustle! Clean, quaint cottage, unique antiques, warm, wonderful Warren as your host. Perfect get away for a couple or two...close to ocean and bay beaches, midway from Oleans and P-Town for shopping ,etc. Highly recommend!

Continues to be more than expected

This house/cottage is a gem. My wife and I stayed here a few summers ago and look forward to returning this Columbus Day weekend for our 3rd visit. If anything, Warren under-rates the house, the dollar value vs. other houses we've stayed at on the cape just can't compare.
The house is always "5 star hotel" clean. If either Jenny or I forget something or need to print or fax something, Warren is always available and very happy to assist.
Warren continues to improve his welcoming touches every-time we arrive. We look forward to seeing what's new in the house this fall.

After six great years, we aren’t surprised by the quaint touches and conveniences of Bountiful Cottage any more - just glad to be back each year. Every year we are greeted with beautiful welcoming gifts - such as a huge basket of fruit! It easily handles the needs of eight adults. The kitchen is stocked with most staples (spices, plastic wrap, etc.), so it cuts down on our shopping. We saw the back part of the porch get turned into a great little bedroom. The girls just know the pot or knife they need is here someplace, they just have to find it. The guys like the gas grill - and dishwasher, because we all know women don’t do dishes on vacation! We don’t have to pack as many clothes because of the washer and dryer in the cellar (plus the soaps, etc., to go with them!). We look forward to relaxing and having fun there every year. Thanks, Warren, and we're looking forward to 2008!

lovely house. We trully enjoyed our stay. The nature
surrounding Bountiful is wonderful. This was our
first trip to Cape Cod, and staying in this house
made it that much more pleasant.
