8 room oceanfront beach house on private section of East Sandwich beach. Magnificent view of ocean and private beach. This beach house is spacious, very clean, and in excellent condition. It is a home away from home. Sleeps ten. Fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, all new appliances, 2 full bathrooms, dining room, living room, family room, bedrooms. Fireplace, deck, patio, BBQ, picnic tables, outdoor shower. Cable TV, DVD, CD player, stereo. Excellent location. Close to places of interest.

Our beach is a pristine Cape Cod beach. Our beach house is very roomy, clean, modern, comfortable and attractive. It is a wonderful home away from home; a place where great vacations can be enjoyed to the fullest. Our very large upper sundeck and outdoor patio make for fine outdoor living.

Notes: Outside 'after swim' shower; blender; sun decks; patio picnic tables; very large deck off kitchen and dining room; private beach. Our beach house is VERY comfortable, and ROOMY for extended families and groups of friends. There is a lot of room, in both our house and on the upper and lower sun decks. Because our house is quite roomy, renters can have their own 'space' and enjoy the peace and quiet of a Cape Cod beach experience. Our beach house is truly a home away from home. It is equipped with lots of creature comforts. Our house is in excellent condition, very clean, nicely decorated and beautifully maintained.
