The den offers a completely separate entertainment area with large TV/DVD and game table.You could sleep two adults very comfortably in the new queen-sized sofa in this area.This spacious home has a variety of areas for the family to gather in complete comfort. Tasteful, yet casual furnishings, artwork, soothing pastel wall colors, and carefully maintained live house plants all contribute to a sense of warmth and character that make this beach house truly feel like home. Upgrade done on rental this season.

We stayed in your magnificent home in August with friends and their kids and had a wonderful time! The house is just gorgeous . . . with beautiful furnishings and amenities to match! This was our first time on LBI and we definitely started at the top! Now we are spoiled and can't wait to come back someday! Thank you for the great memories we will cherish forever!

Thank you for all of your efforts in preparing the Surf City house for this past weekend. You were right, the house is spectacular. We had an absolutely wonderful weekend. The house and location are so perfect it made it very difficult to leave!

The pictures do not do justice to this amazing beach getaway!!! We went with several of our friends laying out on the roof, BBQ-in on the deck, and hanging out in the clean, spacious, beautifully decorated inside. It's our dream beach house, and we can't wait to come back!
It left nothing to be desired! Thanks for an amazing memorial day getaway!

This was our second year at Highland Surf and once again our stay was fabulous. What's not to love about a spacious house so close to the beach. The house had everything we needed and the new kitchen is beautiful. Hope to see you again next year.

The house was perfect. We were 2 houses from the ocean and had a beautiful view. The house was decorated very tastefully. We has lots of space and were very pleased with the accomodations.
