'Tad's Place' is a family-operated vacation rental located in Key Colony Beach, Marathon, Florida. Everything is provided for your stay except food and clothing. We belong to the Cabana Club which has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sandy beach. 'Tad's Place' has boat docking up to 40 feet with a large fish-cleaning station on the dock. We also have an 8x10 walk-in freezer and 600 lbs ice machine available for you fishermen. The rental unit is upstairs with a surrounding porch for your relaxing enjoyment. If you are interested in charter fishing Capt Tad has 20 years experience fishing the waters around the Marathon area. His 26 ft Glacier Bay Catamaran will be the best ride you have ever had on the water. Come spend a day on the water with Capt Tad. You will not be disappointed.

Let me start by saying what you see is what you get! So many times you look on the web and see great looking places to stay ,but when you get there the pictures were taken 20 years earlier and the place is a wreck. Not at Tads.This place was just like the pictures,I swear. And Tad and his wife were real folks, not snotty,stuffy or constantly hovering around worried you get peanut butter on the counter, just good folks
The Cabana club was also very nice, the staff is friendly and attentive and the beach and tiki bar were just what the doctor ordered "The doctor didn't really order it,but if he had been there he would have"
This is one vacation rental I will and have recomended to every one I meet who is thinking of going to the keys.
