This newly renovated Classic Cape Cod House just off beautiful Lewis Bay offers the perfect combination of relaxation and recreation with a front porch for cozy visits and a large, private yard, picnic table and gas grill for group activities. Access to a private, sandy beach is only steps away. An ocean side beach with childrens' playground and a nearby boat launch are also just a short walk/ drive further. The house sleeps 6 comfortably, with 3 bedrooms (1 full, 4 twins), 2 full baths, large living room with fireplace, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and coffeemaker. Cable TV/DVD/VCR/ CD player. Swap library & board games. washer/ dryer, outdoor shower, parking for 4 cars.

This is a very clean, comfortable, well laid out house.
It's location in a quiet neighborhood near shopping, w/ its own private beach makes it a winner. The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen.
We will return very soon.

We have enjoyed being at you Cape House.
The furnishings are lovely, the amenities were all there for us and our comfort level was well tended to. Your guest book, in the house, giving us all types of 'tips' to maximize our stay was more that we expected.
Thank you for caring so much to insure our needs were so well taken care of at your house. We look forward to many more visits.

We spent a week at this house and had a great time. Everything we needed for a vacation house was there and the place was spotless from top to bottom.

We used just about everything from the dishwasher, toaster and stereo to the clothes washer and dryer and all were fine.

The furnishings are very home-like and comfortable. The house looks like someone's home, not your typical worn down beach rental.

We had a great time and hope to go back next season. If only the weather were as reliable as this lovely house!
