Our house (120 sqm) is located on a large sandy beach close to Marbella. Few houses only share a private property of 4000 sqm that accommodates pool, tennis court and a large well maintained garden area. The house has two sunny terraces with sea view. A large living room with fireplace (gas powered) and modern furniture provides lounge corner and dining area. A new, well equipped kitchen with washing m/c, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker allows perfect self-catering. Upstairs you'll find 3 sleeping rooms with 2 bathrooms, both with tubs, showers and bidet. Towels and linen are available in sufficient quantity. Right behind the garden gate you step on the beach where you find little restaurants that offer delicious Spanish and international food. Our agent meets you on arrival, takes you to the house and takes care of anything you might need or want to know. The house is permanently maintained, clean & in good order! The property is enclosed and locked at any time.

About 40 minutes west of Malaga airport or about an hour away from the island of Gibraltar you'll find the famous Andalusian holiday resort Marbella. Just 5 kms away from its stunning old town and harbour, decent living areas are stretching along the sandy beaches. More than 70 (!) golf courses canbe reached in less than an hour's drive. Seaworld, Safari Park, Tivoli or various Aqua Parks would name just a few attractions that entertain the entire family. On the sea side of the carretera (motorway) exit El Rosario, next to Costabella, 'Urbanisacion Playas Andaluzas' marks a private living area under pine and palm trees. The house is located at the end of a small dead-end street that end at the beach. No bigger buildings or compounds, no hotels or parking areas for daily visitors are disturbing this quiet vicinity. On a clear day the African coast (Morocco) can be seen from the upper terrace. The entire property is enclosed for your comfort and safety.
